About Us

WE are Bros. Beyond Bounds, a non-profit organization that aims to empower Black males starting from grade 5 and through retirement. Bros. Beyond Bounds focuses on fostering Black males' growth as leaders, increasing Black male representation across diverse career sectors, and academic attainment by addressing the influence of societal perceptions. WE believe by understanding and challenging these perceptions, Black boys can develop into strong leaders, and Black men can thrive in their current or future leadership roles across various fields. We do this by focusing on self-awareness, leadership development, and strategies to overcome societal barriers. It encompasses individual coaching sessions, group workshops, research, and resources to support the journey of Black boys to Black men.
